Graphics & UI Update

I chose  a new UI and a new color theme for the game (also new icons). I also created new models for every building, they are now more detailed. The "workshop" is now the "factory" and the "factory" is now the "power plant", because I was not really creative modelling a workshop. There are probably some other small changes I made, however I did not note down all of them.
